Thing Thing 3 is a continuation of the Thing Thing series, it boasts of even more fast-paced action than the previous games.

Thing-Thing 3 features three enhanced survival modes, each with Internet-wide high score competition. You'll last longer in Survival Mode if you earn some of the more powerful weapons in Story Mode first.

Loops of Zen

Zen is a Buddhist doctrine that states, enlightenment can be attained through direct intuitive insight. Although this game ain't going to get you closer to enlightenment, but you may enjoy un winding the loops to bring balance and harmony.

Basically you need to connect the loops and figure out which loops don't belong to the entire structure. Loops of zen has a peaceful background tune to it, the creator also made the game so that its played with the music. While hosting this game it never started off without the mp3 :)

As the creator puts it, Loops of Zen is about harmony. Solve the entangled loops until perfect harmony is reached. Dr. Arend Hintze has created this wonderful game for you to enjoy!

Splitter 2 Game

Splitter 2 has been given to us by the Casual Collective, the same guys who made The Space Game, one of my favorite games on this blog.

Splitter two is based on a very simple concept, you have to help the smiley get to the exit point. Sounds relatively simple except that Mr. Smiley seems to be in a situation in every level. You got to click and drag to split wood, ropes and parts of mechanical devices to help him reach the exit.

The game slowly progresses into more complex levels, though some of the complex levels as well can be solved with just a few clicks, extra splits are provided in most levels so there's nothing to worry about that. The main part of the game is to understand the working of the system and how it would react to your cut.

This game can really tax your brain and if you do not like challenging games, you can avoid this one.

Star Shine

Star Shine is a simple interesting game, with a simple objective of making all the stars shine bright.

You get to aim one star with the help of the mouse and you will see the arrows pointing out the direction of the next stars illumination.

You have to try to set up a chain reaction to try to get all the stars lit up in one go.

All the best, the entire walk trough of star shine is available although I would suggest attempting the levels a couple of times before you give up!

Light Bot

A game targeted at anyone who is fond of logic, programmers rejoice as this ones built just for you. You are put in control of a little robot that can perform basic functions. Your objective is to light the blue tiles.

Your robot can move one tile forward, jump, turn 90 to the left or the right and well turn on the light. You need to pass the obstacle course that gets tougher as you progress but don't worry, the first few levels serve as a tutorial.

A friend and I played this together and we reached level 11, where we had to look up the walk through. The youtube video embedded here is the light bot walk through so you do not need to go looking for it, cause I think you would need to look it up :) Its time for you to turn on the lights!

A hint for level 11, the most complex solutions lie in the simplest of functions. Hahaha thats a hint, you would need a walk through for :)

Electric Box

Electric Box adds to the list of awesome game releases that we have recently had, apart from a super fresh concept, we have some crazy levels that are going to burn out your brain cells. I had to admit I did use the walkthrough on youtube for level 14 because well, you will find out in a bit.

The game also is very relevant to todays date where the entire world is moving to green energy, electric cars make so much sense! Electric box will walkyou through various tools provided in your inventory, like the water wheel and solar panel.

The objective of the game is simple, you need to get the power from the switch to the target box. Sounds simple and sure is quite simple I literally sailed through thirteen levels and was stumped on 14.

Hope your all charged up for the electric box, don't get fried :) A special shout out to Ayon for this wonderful game!

Jet Speed

The objective of Jet Speed is to destroy as many of the trucks you can, you have to avoid the obstacles and the assault drones. Your health bar and missiles number can be seen in the screenshot.

Every obstacle you bang into you loose one from your health bar. Every time you destroy a truck your health and missiles are refilled. If you run out of missiles your games over.

Jet Speed Controls

You use the up and down arrow keys to change lanes to avoid traffic, the right arrow key speeds up the Jet, the left arrow key slows it down. Space fires missiles, remeber to not finish off all the missile you need one to destroy the truck! Jet, Set, GO!!!

Hanna in a Choppa

I played Hanna in a Choppa a long time ago, it was by far one of the most fun flying games that I have played. Its not just flying and the interesting physics, every level puts you through an exciting test.

There are 21 fun filled levels not to mention the writings on the screen, interesting sounds and funny missions. The main objective is to fly the chopper using the arrow keys and land it besides the flag, in some levels there are bonus objectives that you can attempt.

The game automatically saves your progress on the computer so you can continue playing when you like. Can you guide Hanna through all these levels?

HeliCops

Take to the skies in another helicopter action top down shooter, funny thing is it seems your defending your city but the buildings seem to have turrets and men with bazookas trying to take you down.

The game play is fun especially the controls, WASD enables you to move in compass directions while the left and right arrow key allow you to turn. The top arrow key allows you to shoot and shift cycles through weapons, though I personally would have preferred the number keys for the weapons but its cool, space or EMP allows you to freeze time, strange not exactly what EMP really does.

The game play is extremely easy, yes this game is easy, I managed to take on the boss and lost only 1 health with a turret shot, finished the game without maxing out health, emp and flame thrower so it could have been made a couple of notches tougher but definitely is worth a go.

The quirks in between levels are funny, though I wish the guys at Armor games had spent more time making the game with more levels and putting in some more elements like perhaps tanks on the streets or something to make the game last a little longer. But overall it sure is a fun game, time to fly!

Daymare Town 1

This will be the last update for a while, to the adventure section my friend's. I have been posting nearly all of Mateusz Skutnik's point and click adventure games here. Daymare town was created after the release of his Covert Front series, that I will introduce here later.

I am now soon going to create a new section of easy, relaxing games soon. In the meantime you will be playing Mateusz's most difficult creation till date. Daymare Town is very different from the Submachines, a sketchy outline-only drawings give the game a more arty look. It creates a bit of minimalist atmospheres combined with creepy sounds and a twisted story.....you get the picture.....it’s quite nasty, you have been warned.

The Morning After

When you come across a fantastic game, as you play it the excitement increases, especially when they tend to exceed your expectations in a certain way. Well I have come across another super point and click adventure game, except its not from any of Mateuz's series.

Let me introduce you to Psionic3D, an avid game developer, music maker and art creator. Yeah a multi talented guy, his first game was Seascape that I had played, but never really got into it too much. But this game, the Morning After was a very easy point and click when you put it against the sub machine series.

You wake up in a house after a crazy party, with the only intention to get out. There are a host of characters that you have to interact with and help out to get the key to unlock the door and get out. There are many holistic mini games in the game, so that makes it quite interesting with a lot of variation.

Submachine Zero's Ancient Adventure

So a new section called Adventure Games has begun, thanks to this absolutely rocking game called an Ancient Adventure. Its a short yet maybe not so simple, point and click game.

Objective of an Ancient Adventure

Its rather simple you got find your way into the temple, click on objects to add them to your inventory. When you feel you need to use them you can click on the object in the inventory.

You can use the mouse to play the entire game, by just pointing and clicking!

Don't give up, if you have a problem somewhere you can post a comment and I will help you out! You can also see the Ancient Adventure Walk through, but it may spoil the fun. The Great Bathroom Escape

Have you ever gotten yourself locked in the bathroom, hopefully not, looking on the bright side, at least there's water.

Mateusz Skutnik, the creator of the 10 Gnome Series and the Submachine games puts you in a bathroom, that you need to escape.

Its not difficult as compared to the daymare town and submachine games, in fact this one is rather easy. Once you get all the items, you need to put them together and put them to use.

The graphics and sounds are quite interesting, especially at the fly time, you'll know what I mean when you get to that part!

The picture on the right has all the items you can find in the bathroom, but not all the items required!

Submachine Six: The Edge

After a long time, here we have Mateusz Skutnik, with a sequel to the Submachine series, and boy its worth the wait. The story line continues were Submachine 5 left of.

Though somehow, this time you would find a lot of elements of his earlier games combined into this one. The game seemed surprisingly easy for me to play until I got that damed cube in my hand and tried opening it with the ploy :)

Until I watched the walkthrough and ruined the entire game for myself. I highly recommend that you do not do that as this game just seems to be getting more twisted and complex as it proceeds. I probably would have given up countless times, and I had to upload it here.



But if time is on your side, you know the solutions are just around the corner, of course you need to figure out which corner to look. But Mateusz genius,is once again appreciated and games like these definitely test your skills.
